  2. Make payment within 2 days of booking date, if I not received the payment, I regret that the booking have to be cancelled
  3. Kindly inform us once the payment has been made
Delivery of Goods
  1. Delivery time frame 2-3 days (not including sat,sun,public holiday)
  2. Goods will be delivered Free of Charge with purchase above RM200 in a single receipt
  3. Delivery method via poslaju. Poslaju rate 1-2 pcs of goods RM6 (Peninsular only), RM10 (east malaysia)
Exchange & Refunds
  1. All our goods sold are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. (In some cases, exchange may be allowed, as below)
  2. Please check your products once received
  3. If you received different product from your order, please inform us immediately. You need to return the product within 3 days, for replacement should the product out of stock, you may choose other product with below or same price.
